Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. 

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. Sessions:
Hands-On Sessions
I currently do hands on sessions at my home in Rochester.  Client's stay fully clothed during sessions and lay on a massage table.  My hands are gently placed on specific areas of the body.  Colored lights and soft music are used to enhance the session.  Aromatherapy can be added to increase the healing benefit.  If you are interested in a session please call at 612-501-8940.

90 minute emotional release aromatherapy session.....$80
    Emotional release is wonderful for those who have experienced a traumatic event in the past or present.  It is also great for those who feel stuck in an emotional rut or want to release negative emotional energy.  Specific essential oils are applied to the body, soft music is played, and non-touch reiki is done during this session.

Distance Healing Sessions
Distance Session - Basic.....$30
You don't need to be present to get the benefits of Reiki.  For distance sessions all I need is a current photograph.  Many feel the relaxation, peace and wellbeing the next day.  To order this type of session please e-mail me with a current photo.  Payment is made through paypal.

Distance Session - Advanced.......$60
This distance session is done with a teddy bear and then the teddy bear is sent to you.  It is said this can increase the healing benefit for a longer period of time because you can physically touch the healing energy in the bear.  The price includes the healing session, bear, and shipping and handling.  To order this type of session please e-mail me with a current photo and shipping address.  Payment is made through paypal.
